Pakenham Early Learning Childcare & Kindergarten

Under the Best Start, Best Life reforms, the Victorian Government provides funding to make kindergarten free or low-cost. Different subsidies may also apply to the kindergarten or preschool programs, depending on the state you live in. While we understand that this can be inconvenient, Community Kids is committed to maintaining a healthy environment and reducing the risk of infection for all children. If you have an infant, we spend one-on-one time with them to establish a connection. We use songs, games, and conversations to strengthen relationships and build language skills.
Ryan Road Childcare and Swim School at 1 Ryan Road is genuinely unlike any other pakenham daycare long  day care centre in Pakenham. With 168 licensed places across seven rooms, it is one of the larger long day care services in the postcode. At Little Stars, we provide most of the essentials your child needs throughout the day, including healthy meals, nappies, linen, and sunscreen. To ensure your child is comfortable and ready to enjoy their day, we kindly ask families to bring a labelled water bottle, a hat, a spare set of clothes, and any comfort items such as a blanket or soft toy if needed. If your child requires formula or expressed milk, please include that as well.

We are an inclusive organisation that values the unique perspectives of all our employees. We believe diversity makes us stronger and helps us better serve our community. Our goal is to create a workplace where everyone feels welcome, respected, and valued. We recommend you speak to your maternal and child health nurse about your child’s development.
All our kindergarten or preschool programs follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), a national learning framework for Australia. These programs are delivered by qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educators and Teachers. Our Curriculum accommodates each individual child’s learning, development, and well-being. Balanced meals and snacks are provided each day to support children’s healthy growth, development and energy for learning. At Aspire, I feel truly valued and supported working alongside passionate educators who are committed to providing high-quality education and care.
Children may attend the services provided they will be three or four years of age for the relevant service, as of 30 April in the year of their attendance. From day one, the warmth and professionalism of the team have made such a difference in our lives. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible leadership of the Centre Manager. My daughter is always enjoying her days with different kinds of fun activities at Aspire Huntly Village.

Every decision we make supports Victorian children, families and educators, reinvesting resources into safe, inclusive, high-quality programs that strengthen learning, wellbeing and belonging for all. We believe children in the Nursery Room should feel relaxed and happy in a trusting, warm, and friendly environment. We strive to provide consistency for all children, allowing them to develop at their own pace in a safe and secure setting. Our primary aims are to encourage children’s independence and to provide support and information to families. I value the importance of building secure, respectful, and reciprocal relationships with children and families, supporting each child’s sense of belonging, wellbeing, and confidence.
A service rated as ‘Exceeding NQS’ goes beyond the expected standards in at least four of the seven quality areas. It reflects consistent, high-quality practice, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to continuous improvement and meaningful engagement with children and families. We value the partnership between parents, families, and educators, working together to give children the very best start in life. To support open and ongoing communication, we utilise the Xplor App, providing families with regular updates, photos, and meaningful insights into their child’s day. Our purpose-built outdoor yards provide children with the freedom to play, explore, and develop safely within their own spaces, while also offering opportunities to interact with both older and younger peers. As a 120-place centre, we ensure every child has the space and support to run, climb, play, and grow into the very best version of themselves.

It also creates the perfect environment to socialise and form friendships. Our activities enhance language skills and promote collaborative group play, laying a strong foundation for their future learning experiences. We offer a structured kindergarten program that prepares children for primary school by fostering early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
It’s our promise to walk beside families and support every child’s unique journey with confidence, curiosity and care. At The Learning Sanctuary Pakenham, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive environment. When educators and families collaborate, we achieve quality outcomes for children. We are always ready to listen, offer guidance, support, and help families connect with local community services. In our dedicated early learning environment, children build positive relationships, learn independence, and  develop a sense of belonging.

Children are unique, capable, resilient, and possess a natural sense of wonder and curiosity, which they love to share with their caregivers and teachers. I strive to create an environment that nurtures this sense of wonder, providing opportunities for children to explore and discover their world in a safe and secure way. I have been working in the early childhood industry for over two decades.
