My name is Hayli, and I am the Area Manager overseeing four childcare services. With more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education, I am deeply committed to delivering high-quality care and fostering professional growth across our teams. Both Pakenham and Berwick centres offer a high-quality, experience-based curriculum personalised to every child’s strength and learning style.
We are Australia’s largest early learning and childcare provider with more than 650 centres across Australia. The Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) defines seven Quality Areas under the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure high standards of education and care in early childhood services. From 2026, it offers 16–30 hours of play-based learning, prioritizing Aboriginal children, those from refugee backgrounds, or those with Child Protection involvement.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing the growth and development of not only the children, but also the families and educators, over time. This means families have the flexibility for their child/ren to receive the highest quality learning experiences on days that best support them. As active citizens, children engage with their community through intergenerational programs, online and community safety, and school connections. Our Story House curriculum fosters care for others and strong local ties, helping children feel confident, connected, and excited for their next step – transitioning to school with a sense of belonging and readiness.
We are able to walk across the community in a group with our large stroller, visit the school library and have the chance to join in the group activities planned by our OSHC facility. These celebrate a child’s journey at the centre and includes photographs, artwork, summative assessments, ACEQUA developmental checklists and learning stories. We work to support families in their parenting role and share information of benefit to their child’s development.
