Early Learning Pakenham Childcare Centre

Together, we strive to create a centre where children are excited to learn, families feel supported and welcome, and educators are empowered to grow and thrive in their  practice. I’m excited to build lasting partnerships with our families and community and to help give every child the best possible start in life. Each of our programs - whether nursery, toddler, or kindergarten - is play-based, culturally rich, and designed to spark curiosity and confidence, allowing children to strengthen their love of learning. G8 Education is privileged to contribute to the care and early education of over 45,000 children, from babies through to kindergarten and preschool, in our 400+ child care centres across Australia. Our curriculum is carefully designed to develop essential cognitive, social, and emotional skills while preparing children for future academic success.
We offer a nurturing and inspiring daycare centre near pakenham environment where you can make a real difference in children’s lives. If you’re enthusiastic, committed, and eager to contribute to a child’s growth journey, we’d love to hear from you. Consistency and trusted relationships are  essential for your child’s  development, so we look after our team to keep them around, to safeguard and care for your child.

We do wish your family all the best for the future, and hope your little one continues to thrive in a new Early Learning Centre, that is better suited to your families needs. It is our continued mission and vision to provide an educational, 'home away from home' nurturing environment for all children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. The curriculum involves different types of learning experiences and styles. From child-led learning to sessions guided by educators, the children participate in small and large group sessions as well as individual play. Most importantly, the children learn through play, developing social skills, confidence and independence in addition to more formal academic skills. In Victoria, 3 and 4-year-old children are able to access a funded Kindergarten program led by a Bachelor Qualified Teacher.

They also explore healthy choices, personal responsibility, and creative thinking in an engaging and supportive environment. We believe children in the Nursery Room should feel relaxed and happy in a trusting, warm, and friendly environment. We strive to provide consistency for all children, allowing them to develop at their own pace in a safe and secure setting. Our primary aims are to encourage children’s independence and to provide support and information to families. Kindergarten children can also take part in our library borrowing program, which encourages a love of reading to extend into their homes and their families.
All of our staff are regularly receiving both Montessori and EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) training and professional development. We encourage families to book a tour today to see our unique programs and why parents choose our service. Erin is the passionate Service Manager at Story House Early Learning Pakenham, with over 21 years of experience in the early childhood sector and a Diploma in Children’s Services. Her love for early education began at just four years old when she told her kindergarten teacher she wanted to be just like her. She believes every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and inspired to grow, making each day a joyful step in their learning journey.
Our School Readiness programs prepare children for a smooth transition into primary school. Children may attend the services provided they will be three or four years of age for the relevant service, as of 30 April in the year of their attendance. Inclusiveness and acceptance is at the core of what we do and we want all children to feel confident expressing themselves. We also provide children with learning opportunities through music, movement and dance. Outside, we have natural, open and multipurpose play spaces where children can play on climbing equipment, tackle obstacle courses and explore vegetable gardens. We also offer fun excursions to John Henry Primary School where children can take part in Wellness Wednesdays and Fit Fridays, which supports their physical and mental wellbeing.

We deduct this credit from your fees, so you'll only need to pay for the cost of day care. I believe it takes a village to raise a child, and we are proud to be part of that village. We are here to help and support you and your child on their early childhood journey.
