This study is a randomized controlled clinical trial that tries to clarify the effect of Klapp method on idiopathic scoliosis in adolescents. There are no significant differences between two groups after intervention but both group showed the increase of muscle strength. Even though there are some limitations, but this study may consider promising on therapeutic exercises for idiopathic scoliosis in adolescents in near future.
