Early Childhood Education Centres consist of a Long Day Care Centre including a kindergarten program and two Sessional Kindergartens. Kindergarten is an educational program provided to children in their year before school. Our educators encourage our students to play an active role in environmental care and sustainable development by providing them with a personalised learning experience. Your baby will enjoy engaging in both our indoor and outdoor nursery environments with planned experiences like songs and story time, followed by morning tea. To BE Me is our exclusive learning program designed for each age & stage of a child’s first years, tailored to their age, interests & strengths. Their pathway is personalised, with every milestone captured to makes the link between play & learning clear & memorable.
Every child’s needs are carefully tracked, meals are supervised by permanent educators, and allergens are strictly controlled. Beyond providing wholesome food, we use mealtimes as learning opportunities. Children practice independence by serving themselves and engaging in conversations about food, building confidence and understanding of healthy choices. Our wholesome menu rotates regularly to stay exciting and healthy. Designed in collaboration with leading nutritionists, our meals follow the Australian Guidelines for Healthy Eating.
Our team facilitates educational experiences using the learning outcomes within the framework. This supports children to establish lifelong skills, knowledge and cultural development. The facilities at the centre are modern and purpose-built, designed to reflect the diverse learning needs of the children. The classrooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the rooms in natural light.
Our childcare centre near West Pennant Hills provides a premium education program perfect for all little explorers. With our engaging learning environment, your child will be prepared to learn throughout their lives. N a long daycare setting, the number of children enrolled is determined by the Regulatory Authority and is dependent on the size of the building and outdoor play space. For family day care services, the ratio is one educator for seven children, and there can be no more than four children who are under school age. The Sydney kindergarten program in long day care centres also runs for 40 weeks each year during school hours, however extended hours of care are provided. In long day care centres the kindergarten children get to enjoy additional experiences outside of the kindergarten program.

In OWNA, you will receive daily updates and photos and be able to communicate directly with your child’s educators. After sending my son to another local preschool in the Hornsby area for a short time, we changed to PHWMCC and the difference is night and day. This is an amazing place, with incredible educators who make the whole experience amazing for the little ones. My son (1) has settled in beautifully and I feel relaxed knowing he is in the best care.
